After playing with the Kari Gran New Lip Whip in Cora Gold, I need more of them! The color is so beautiful and perfect for the summer. Bright, glossy, and shimmery. All things I love!
The Kari Gran lip whip is made with naturally derived, organic, and non-gmo ingredients and retails for $24. It contains no parabens and is toxic free. The texture is super creamy and when you put it on your lips it feels cooling. I found Cora Gold to be a rich red balm with specks of gold glitter that can at times look coral, but the glitter is so tiny you can barely see it when you apply it on the lips. The formula is not sticky and it acts more as a moisturizing balm/lip gloss.

You can apply it with your fingers or with the Kari Gran lip brush which I found helpful because it helps keep the product from going outside the lip lines, which can be noticeable because the pigmentation is strong for it to be a lip gloss. It is a buildable product that can be used alone or on top of a lipstick to give it a bit of shimmery pop in the sunlight.

The packaging is absolutely beautiful. It is a frosty glass jar with a gold lid that has a very high end feel to it. And it is made here in the USA! I’ve been carrying it in my bag lately and I just love the pop of color it gives me without being over the top. I would 100% for sure get more colors because the formula is perfection. I have my eye on the Jolene which is a bright fuchsia and Radiant which is a pop of pink perfect for the summer!
The frosty glass jar is so beautiful and the gold gives it that high-end feel.
