5 Tips for Planning your Dream Long Distance Wedding

My husband and I chose to get married in Tuckaseegee, North Carolina at Castle Ladyhawke and before booking the venue we made sure to make a trip and see it for ourselves. We instantly fell in love with the mountains and remoteness of the castle; so without hesitation we said yes to the venue and that ended up being the only time we visited the location before our wedding day.  But it worked out, because our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect! My First Pumpkin Picking Adventure!

Living in Florida, we don’t get that fabulous fall weather or much less the trees changing color; so, I always thought that pumpkin patches were non-existent, until my husband discovered one and took me on a date for our one-year anniversary.  We had the best time ever!  If you are from the Tampa Bay area, The Pickin' Patch is the place to go.  They have a huge field with pumpkins you can actually pick straight from the vine!

How traveling to Jordan changed my perspective of the Middle East

I mean it’s not every day you get a paid trip to the Middle East. When the time came for me to actually get on the plane I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous, scared, and excited.
